What is a Pulse Score?

A Pulse Score is a number between 0 and 100 that summarises the current technical momentum of a stock. It is calculated by combining multiple industry-standard technical indicators — including RSI, MACD, moving averages, and volume trends — and normalising the result into a single score. A higher score indicates stronger bullish momentum; a lower score indicates bearish pressure.

How often do scores update?

Pulse Scores refresh approximately every 30 seconds during US market hours (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Outside of market hours, scores reflect the last available data from the previous trading session.

Is StockPulse free?

Yes. All Pulse Scores for all 100 supported stocks are available free of charge. The Pro subscription unlocks additional features including AI-generated score insights, custom score threshold alerts, and an ad-free experience.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open the App and go to Settings → Manage Subscription. You can choose a monthly or annual Pro plan and complete the purchase through Apple In-App Purchase.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → StockPulse → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in two ways: (1) In-app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps. (2) By email: send a request to support@asiandigital.io with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email address linked to your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — please cancel that separately through your Apple ID settings.

What stocks are covered?

StockPulse covers 100 of the most actively traded US-listed stocks, including large-cap technology companies, major financials, consumer brands, and ETFs. The full list is available within the App on the Scoreboard screen.

Why is my score different from yesterday?

Pulse Scores are based on live market data and update continuously throughout the trading day. A change from yesterday simply means the underlying technical indicators have shifted as the market has moved — this is expected and normal behaviour.

Is StockPulse financial advice?

No. StockPulse is an informational tool only. Pulse Scores are automated outputs of technical analysis algorithms and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Asian Digital Mind Limited is not a registered investment advisor. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

My app is crashing — what should I do?

First, try force-quitting the App and relaunching it. If the problem persists, check that you are running the latest version of StockPulse from the App Store. If the issue continues, please email us at support@asiandigital.io with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what you were doing when the crash occurred.
