Asian Digital Mind Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the StockPulse mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use StockPulse.
By downloading or using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Note: Stock scores, prices, and financial data displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers and are not your personal financial data. We do not collect or store information about your personal investment portfolio, brokerage accounts, or actual trades.

- To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
- To create and manage your account
- To process and manage your Pro subscription
- To send score alerts and push notifications (only if you have enabled them)
- To personalise your experience (e.g. saved watchlists)
- To analyse usage patterns and improve the App
- To diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
- To communicate with you about service updates, policy changes, and support requests
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described below.

4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Asian Digital Mind Limited, our users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (see Section 7).
- Portability: Request that we provide your data in a portable format.
- Opt-out of analytics: You may limit ad tracking and analytics in your iOS settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Push notifications: You may disable push notifications at any time in your iOS Settings.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@asiandigital.io.
7. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using either of the following methods:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps.
- By email: Send a deletion request to support@asiandigital.io with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Pro subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings before or after deleting your account.
8. Children's Privacy
StockPulse is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@asiandigital.io and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
Asian Digital Mind Limited is based in Hong Kong. Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States or other countries by our third-party service providers (including Supabase and Firebase). By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
